About Me
Hi, I'm Sarah. I discovered yoga in the early 1990s whilst a student in Edinburgh. I've been practicing regularly ever since and in 2020 I trained as a hatha yoga instructor with Newcastle Yoga School. I am a 200hr accredited yoga teacher registered and insured with Yoga Alliance Professionals. I teach a relaxed style of yoga - this is a no-headstand zone - and I am particularly enthusiatic about making yoga more inclusive and accessible.
I am originally from Scotland, but based in beautiful Whitley Bay, North East England. I am currently teaching at The Yoga Station, Whitley Bay, Linskill Centre, North Shields and Cullercoats beach.

Other Services
As well as my own classes, I am available for one-to-one and bespoke classes, events, conferences and festivals.
