This yoga class will help you stretch, rest and restore. Whether you need to ease out after a busy weekend or to set yourself up for the week ahead, Sunday evening is a great opportunity to relax and take some time out. This will be a slow and restful class - mostly floor work (seated, kneeling and lying poses), with some breath-work and ending with a nice long relaxation.

This well-rounded hatha class has something for everyone - slow enough for beginners, but with ample opportunity for regulars to deepen their practice. It will include a balance of strengthening and stretching postures, with standing and floor work. And, of course, the best bit - a lovely final relaxation.

As the weather warms up, bring your yoga practice outdoors and into the beautiful surroundings of Cullercoats Bay. This class will include a balance of strengthening and stretching postures while taking in the sights and sounds of the sea. Suitable for beginners. Bring a mat or beach towel.

Join me bright and early on Cullercoats beach to welcome the sunrise on the longest day of the year. This special beach yoga class is suitable for everyone, including beginners. It's also completely free, although I will be collecting (cash) donations for Cullercoats RNLI. No need to book - just come along.
Get away from it all for the day! Join me at Cresswell Village Hall for a day of movement, mindfulness, relaxation and connecting with nature. The hall is perched right on the cliffs above the beach and a short walk from Cresswell Walled Garden.

Are you interested in trying yoga for the first time? Or returning after a break? Or maybe you’ve tried yoga before, but found it hard to follow? This five-week beginners' course will focus on building confidence in key yoga poses and sequences, with adaptations to suit your body. We will also explore some different styles of yoga and delve into a little yoga philosophy. Hopefully, by the end of the course you’ll know your downward dog from your cobra, and will feel confident enough to join a regular class.
