Wellbeing Workshops

Combining yoga and herbal remedies, these special themed workshops will give you a toolkit to help you take great care of yourself. Workshops will be very practical, combing yoga postures, with other elements including breathing exercises, herbal teas, aromatherapy and natural remedies.

Workshops will run on Saturdays, 10.30am-12.30pm at the Yoga Station, Whitley Bay

£25 per workshop including all materials and samples

Cancellation policy - full refund if cancelled more than 48h before the workshop.

13 DECEMBER 2025: SLEEP

Practice gentle yoga poses and calming breathing exercises to prepare you for rest. Learn about plants traditionally used to support sleep, taste some soothing herbal teas and make a pillow spray to take home.

17 JANUARY 2026: COLDS

Explore plants and yoga poses which support the immune system and help relieve cold symptoms. Learn which yoga poses can help when you're feeling poorly, brew some comforting drinks and mix up an inhalant oil to relieve congestion.
