Solstice Sunrise Yoga

Join me bright and early on Cullercoats beach to welcome the sunrise on the longest day of the year. This special beach yoga class is suitable for everyone, including beginners. It's also completely free, although I will be collecting donations for Cullercoats RNLI - you can bring cash on the day or click Register below to donate online.
