Get away from it all for the day! Join me at Cresswell Village Hall for a day of movement, mindfulness, relaxation and connecting with nature. The hall is perched right on the cliffs above the beach and a short walk from Cresswell Walled Garden.

£60 for the full day. Full refund if cancelled more than 48h beforehand.

Outline plan for the day

• 10.00-10.30 Welcome
• 10.30-11.30 Morning Yoga
• 11.30-12.00 Tea break (refreshments provided)
• 12.00-1.00 Guided mindful walk to the beach and walled garden
• 1.00-2.00 Lunch (bring your own) and optional dip in the sea
• 2.00-3.00 Breathwork and journaling
• 3.00-4.00 Relaxing Yoga

Please bring

• a yoga mat, blanket and any other props you like to use
• lunch (tea, coffee, fruit and cake will be provided)
• a notebook and pen
• swimsuit/towel if you want to go in the sea
